The subjects of the Empire enjoy direct access to the Crown by way of petition. Every request is registered, considered, and answered by the Chancellery in the name of His Majesty.

Channels of Petition
Petitions may be addressed to the Imperial Chancellery at the Palace, or submitted through the cantonal authorities, who are bound to forward them within ten days. No charge or stamp is required.
